All projects shall be executed according to the approved quotation, design, specifications, and mutually agreed scope of work. Any modifications, additions, or changes requested after project approval may result in additional charges and extension of the project timeline. Project schedules are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond the company's control, including weather conditions, government approvals, material availability, labor issues, or unforeseen site conditions. Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone schedule, and Sunsai Constructions reserves the right to suspend work in the event of delayed payments. The client shall provide timely approvals, site access, and necessary permissions to ensure smooth project execution. All designs, drawings, concepts, and documents prepared by Sunsai Constructions remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. While the company is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism, it shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused by third parties, force majeure events, or unauthorized alterations made after project completion. Any disputes arising from the services provided shall be resolved through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra. By proceeding with any service, proposal, or contract, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
